I don't believe anyone thinks you are naive, just you are not praying hard enough ! May the force be with you.
On a serious note we are ( or should be ) all
concerned , but as you observe very difficult to pinpoint.
Someone with the time, resources and intent could probably unravel the info by using the share registry ,and crossreferencing the suspect transactions, and if they are companies,then the link of common directors may produce evidence.Who could do that ,-ASIC .
Possibly,and only possibly they may consider looking into the question if there were enough complaints from shareholders. Then of course there is investigative journalism. Sixty Minutes and A Current Affair.
These 3 Orgs.-Asic,60m and ACA will only become interested after the event,unfortunately.
What event? I don't know but am concerned as to what it might be.
