I'm not saying they won't increase the bid, I'm saying I don't think they will have to in order to get 50% -- so I will take that bet.

I agree they want 90% but they flat out don't need it or they were stupid to bid with a 50% condition.

Fair point about sentiment -- I was thinking there is still some option value there until they declare the price final. Have changed it to Hold.
