Exactly Andy. Its no different to announcing due diligence on a "possible" acquisition. Companies continue trading and the market decides if the acquisition is good or bad and if it will go ahead or not.
We are at a position where we know the facts. Everyone can form their own educated opinions. Will we or wont we retain one or two farms. And what does it fundamentally change in value of NKP.
Right now, if NKP were trading, money would be made one way or another. The smart people that get it right will win. Maybe its gambling? Who knows.
But you could either sell and win big if the DMR strip NKP of the rights; OR
You could buy cheap and make a killing if the DMR re-award the rights. Should be your choice.
Are directors protecting you? protecting themselves? protecting the company?
