I'm not going to bring the name up - i think i've done it before asking the question & it got moderated very quickly which is another thing that makes it looks more likely it was on the money - there's been a few things that have given a pretty good pointer imo

This is just all ranting and lots of speculation but joining dots of other thoughts i've had over time.

As you mentioned someone that looked over it years ago but PW RH didn't like either the structure of the deal or buyout figures or something along those lines FWIW the company earlier used $250m as their ball park figure for buyouts so can assume it was significantly below that ? Now when RH & PW moved away from their positions just weeks apart from each other i suggested maybe they weren't happy with the direction the company was going or where they were taking the science ? Maybe, maybe not - but would going back to a deal, partner or buyout they didn't like the first time constitute a direction they weren't happy with ?Maybe ? Maybe not ?

Who knows it could be good, it might not even be that person, maybe it is & they have a better direction - it's all just mystery but i understand where SoT gets the "paranoid" line from.
