Refer to Arv's Corporate Governance to get some idea as to when trading by directors can occur. At this stage directors purchasing shares is a vote of confidence as far as I am concerned. Particularly when 2 million shares are purchased at market. Based on the current price it would appear others are starting to take notice and get back in. Joining the dots it not hard to work out why he would have made the the decision. To Alistair Clayton's credit he has purchased 4 million shares at market since becoming a director and has not sold any to date. With his previous purchases he has bought at higher prices so he is obviously feeling some of the pain.
Taking into consideration the last set of drill results from CC, pending heritage clearances at Paterson and lack of depth on the sell side, can see this getting back to 10c in the not too distant future.
