a company has been cheated out of its 1 billion plus dollars to buy a dud. No way. even withdrawing guidance CA cant win.
SGH management did not show any deriliction of duty to any one by engaing all the consultants and paying them tens of millions of dollars.
This CA stuff is all hot air.
