No perceived difference locally in the couple I have been involved with. The local price just matches the overseas prices, usually within currency fluctuations + and -. When the news is good, one market tends to drive the share price of the other up, the time lag in time zones can be helpful. Of course the same can happen, but in reverse when the news is bad.

Convert any time you like to the Kanuck shares, and sell through TSX, at a higher brokerage from most major brokers in Oz, not as swift obviously. MGO has't been hugely liquid lately unfortunately in any case...

The actual registering in Canada from my experience doesn't much as much difference as you think, "being exposed to a bigger market" the philosophy usually spun by management. Hopefully it will help with financing later in the year.

(MGO one day, great ground... I do wish the timelines were met.)
