It's hardly Fairstar's fault. Opes had over 1000 customers signed up and Tricom must have had a similar number (including me). You don't even have to have or need a loan, just have your shares lodged there for whatever reason. In this circumstance you no longer own what you thought you owned.
I know for sure that at least some of the buying over the last 2 days was not "friends of Fairstar"
