Easy, cowboy - the scheme documents have not yet been issued and no dates have been set for the hybrid and shareholder votes.
SRS is running at least a month behind the original schedule. N0 more than speculation on my part, but I imagine that the owner or owners of a blocking stake in the hybrid shares may be reluctant to come to the party on the proposed terms.
