SRS is running at least a month behind the original schedule. N0 more than speculation on my part, but I imagine that the owner or owners of a blocking stake in the hybrid shares may be reluctant to come to the party on the proposed terms.

I just review all the announcement since 2011.

Coastal, Berger and Blann currently hold 38.9% of the hybrids. Their average is below $18, especially Berger whose average is $8.

After conversion, price per SRS share is likely to trade around 5 cents. Which translate to around $28 per PXUPA

I can't see why Coastal, Berger and Blann would block the conversion?
