Fair call. I completely get it.

The thing is, they are making progress. Its just been a money thing (like always). Per the Annual Report and from word of folks who have visited the plant, there are millions of dollars of equipment on site, just not constructed. Most of the stuff is there.

I do expect some more hiccups next year - particularly when we get to integrated commissioning, as nothing ever runs smoothly. I hope we haven't underestimated the funding required to get it going for a second time. That would be the straw that breaks this camel's back.

I believe we will get a plant that is operational, it might take a little longer than we current expect, but we will get a plant. MT and JWT haven't got this far to let it slip through their fingers.

But at the same time, there's a reason this is a speculative investment...its certainly not for the faint of heart (or impatient).
