1 litre milk a day...at cheapest $1 litre $7
3 loaves of bread at cheapest $3
so $10 on 2 basics

that leaves $165 for everything else...

cutting it fine but i am sure it can be done..

Coles advertised feed a family of 4 for $10..thats $70 for the week...leaves $105 for everything else..

hard but can be done...
