special K may very well have aspects of it's processes that rely upon other parties, (read: other companies we don't know about who directly assist in the production processes of Kronos), who could be directly impacted from/by APG tech, and who therefore, may be involved in discussions between special K and APG, as any such third party may be viewed as a platform for the proliferation of APG tech overseas, through the incorporation of APG tech in the processes of any such third party, for the benefit of Kronos
do you understand what i'm saying?
like toyota manufacturing in the US relies upon many inputs that are shipped out of Japan
same with US computer production facilities, that crucially rely upon third party producers in Japan
the same could very well be the case with Kronos, where all talks with APG require 'at the table' discussions with other manaufacturers that feed directly into the production cycle of Kronos
this deal then, could quite possibly be much more complex than many here seem able to consider, or concede
