I don't think anyone is doubting that it's going to be a complicated deal.

For me, the more complicated, the better, as this would generally indicate a longer term, more tangible deal.

What isn't complicated though, is putting out an update alon the lines of talks are progressing well, keep your hats on.

Without looking to denigrate any posters on here, but 'the deal is done' & 'We got what we wanted' type comments are simply comments on a forum. We have no way of validating this, and as such, why should we believe these comments?

All we can really rely on is some sort of word from the company, which has missed it's first deadline (Jan's announcement) by 6 weeks, and it's second go at it (Qtly update) by 2 weeks so far.

To date, we have not been provided any information about this, which is simply not good enough.
