do they expect to raise any caiptal from a non-underwritten SPP to retail investors with the price sitting below or on par with the offer price?
they will have to do something to boost confidence and get the price up over 26 if they actually want to raise this capital..
I would be interested to hear thoughts on this..
how can they raise funds with price < 26cents
