also if rhl does not buy the rural business segment & only by paying chickenfeed will it buy.
rhl will white ant the eld rural business by picking the eyes out of it & make a few selective offers to a few managers to move "their" (not eld) goodwill business across to the rhl camp.
the eld directors had one only chance to talk turkey with rhl & fluffed it.
