Take another look at the From, To, Width and g/t fields.
You have highlighted a comments field which largely refers to the No Significant Intercepts. This is good information if understood correctly, because it highlights that even though holes are flagged as NSI there is indeed mineralization in some of what they refer to as not significant.
CRS are taking a hard approach to what is significant here, many explorers would report say, "5m at 0.37g/t" as a highlight. in this instance CRS have called it NSI.
