how can we get rid of glencore?

Glencore ought to know full well the capital requirements for exploration and development of this resource, so it is stunning that they chose to destroy the market cap of OVR.

Short of the directors finding a third party to take over their stake, OVR could be stuck at 10c for another year.

Clearly we cannot rely on this dodgy Glencore behemoth as a partner in this venture, so we must get rid of them.

Any thoughts as to how to do this, esp how to prevent them from using their stake to further destroy the value to other shareholders in a T/O or discounted placement or debt issue?

I wonder if management are taking steps after almost a year to sort out this issue. I can see no sign of it.
