I have just forwarded the following to Mr Jones which was sent to the company as I think the Website has been changed this week in respect to the Hunan deal

Today I ( a current shareholder) have looked at the Compass Website and I would like to ask the question as to whether the site has been updated recently (over the last 4 weeks and specifically in respect of the value of the HNC agreement to shareholders. Please indicate:

1. Whether the site has been updated within the last 4 weeks.
2. The nature of any updates
3. The reason for any updates in terms of content removal
