I've had some first hand dealings with administrators a long time ago when I was working for a company that went into VA. I was high enough up the food chain to be dealing with them directly and let me tell you they were very thorough. To cut a long story short, the end game was that the directors bought a listed shell company, and bought the business back at a bargain price.
