    The i/ore transaction is unlikely to be material for an organisation the size of Vale. So I would say that sign-off would've been delegated to MD/CIO level.

    H/e if it is a corporate-type transaction then potentially yes as there is greater risk involved.

    Either way, sure it is being tabled to the BOD ...
