This bloke is more than cheeky, he's a downright menace.

He is the PM's partner, so he gets to go to official functions with the PM.

But otherwise, he should get no special treatment at all other than protective detail etc. as would be required for any partner or close family member would likely need.

And he certainly shouldn't be using the PM's office as influence to get special access to sports events, memorabilia etc.
