This sounds positive. I note that the legislation is State based however, and the application before NOPTA and MK is a Federal one? I feel we may be mixing our drinks here as Federal legislation trumps State, so as to say this doesn’t change much about what’s before MK for signature. Would gladly be made out to be wrong however.
