how close to 80 percent acceptance by mxx

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know how the uptake of the offer to MXX shareholders is going? From the change in interest notices the voting power is now up to 39%. After the merger i think i recall MXX has 47% and CUO 53% ( or close to) does that mean that once they get up to 43% they have made the 80% ( which at current rate will happen by first of August) or is that thinking wrong.
