What scaremongering?, do you think its not a bubble for houses to go up 300% in 7 years?, why should australia have housing at over 7 times earnings when the usa is still falling at 3.6 times earnings, and its all about demand?, ok but remember this, near 500,000 overseas temporary workers in australia right now, just think for a minute if with high unemployment we had to send them home?, scary huh?, lots of empty houses right?, australians have been set up for a massive bust in housing by the previous govt allowing mass dodgy 457 visa immigration creating a temporary high demand.
