Request for moderator ruling

Esteemed moderators,
I would like to take this opportunity to request a ruling on whether the literal interpretation of a seemingly profane word takes precedence over its 'in context' use in typical Aussie verncular usage, as far as the TOU are concerned.
Examples which spring to mind are expressions such as 'bloody hell' and 'bullshit artist'. The inability to use such evereday 'Strine expressions renders conversation stilted and awkward.
How do you rule ?
