This most likely is Oceanic selling 100% of their shares. They already informed that they are no major shareholder anymore.
There are some rumours that they now also sell their shares in Germany for speeding up the selling process.
This means they very soon will have sold all their shares. And then the chance to get cheap shares will be gone.
I personally was very unhappy with this selling process in the beginning. Now I am very happy. Because I used the last months to buy a reasonable amount of additional shares.
