The Opticom acq back and forth and counter offer was enough for a while. We gave up 30% premium to initial 5.2 offer cos of this for seemingly nothing as execs were already in favour of it. Hopefully some smooth sailing to the $3 range EOFY 21.

Expecting further super funds then to come in with offers given its cash generation and infrastructure earnings predictability. Makes more sense for a fund to buy the one big company in Uwl with already realised synergies compared to one telco then next then next.
