Oh dear, I see, oh and you're ok then with $3.2billion down the gurgler? Who comes up with these vast sums? 1%, so in essence a contract worth some $80billion?
Why not make it 200billion, or what about 200 trillion, who cares when it's OPM, other people's money , is that the attitude?!
For me i watch and budget what I spend, because I am dealing with my own money, and having said that, I'm quite sure I would be even more careful if it was OPM!
