Bonds are a killer
Everyone seems to think thats the ONLY option & best of the worst options avail, but what other Speccie has used this to their advantage ???
If this really was so beneficial to a speccie dont you think every speccie would be begging for this type of finance.
(If u still think Bonds are great, let me know of 3 speccies using this facility)
To the other so called long-termers, how much has CTP raised from the Bonds so far & how much is raised every 45 days or so ? Very piddly (insig) amts of $1m or so which is NOT GREAT but the affect on sp is MASSIVE.
What is so bad about sp raising ? especially if a Co has significant prospects & this news has been reflected in the sp ?
Oh dilution is it ? So what does that mean for us shareholders ? It means instead of holding 0.002% of the Co we now hold 0001% boohoohoo. I now own a much smaller part of the Co (gimme a break!!!)
What is the other effect - sp usually falls a little after sp issue & gradually moves back up as sh anticipate more good news, SO WHAT, it CANNOT do any worse than current situation as sp has GONE NOWHERE in last 6 mths.
Don
I feel for you as this Bonds issue is a killer, but most ppl think its a necessary for Co to move forward (pathetic in my mind - but maybe I'll get blasted too)
