'Woken up to it' is not quite the correct term. Been punched in the face by it is more to the point.
When things were rolling along nicely by having a 'personal banker' to sort things out, we felt relieved we were above the poor bastards who had to queue in banks.
Now I'm back to being one of them - yet I've INCREASED our holdings in the bank and they've still flcked us.
Anyone else have these sorry stories about Commbank?
