They did mention when they gave out the cash to shareholders that they would need to raise money in the next 12 months and at the time they claimed it would give shareholders the option of buying back into the company later on if they chose. The reasoning still seems a bit strange, making a statement like that you would expect them to have something huge waiting to be announced, but nothing out of the ordinary lately...
