Thanks for the detailed response Andy777, yes they do grow above market peer wise no doubt, its the sector performance is my area of concern. It's clear alot of deep thought has gone in your views and I appreciate your feedback and rational. I just worry about the true NTA in regards to Scentre after all the issues with BLA and valuations being overstated by past rivals prior to the GFC may impact the sector again when the Australian economy slows.
I especially liked your thoughts on the Telco sector as it is how I see it.
I just think AMP and possibly the IOOF model is broken in terms of growth (particularity acquisition wise) compared to Challenger which I think is a great entry point given their recent pull back.
