Yeah well the soldiers have an "interest" in getting outa there and they would "value" going home.
The US has no capacity to do anything big militarily while they are tied down in Iraq. Over a third of the total US forces are there and they need to be rotated out for another third.
The UN is giving them the cold shoulder and Bush has suddenly developed a stutter.
