How do I pick my company's?
Two ponds - all the fishermen are sitting around the pond on the right, no one is fishing in the pond on the left. Choose the right pond! There's a reason why they are all fishing there!
1. Does volume exist so I can sell out if I want?
2. History of trade. How often do you see Jnr shares fall to a set price and bounce back up.Eg: NDO 0.10/11.5
3. Is there any significant sell volume standng in my way moving forward
4. Company structure/debt: I LIKE AGO and KEY - why? Debt levels, directors. FMG has one hell of a character in Twiggy.
5. Is it fun to trade? Need to be good fun! No movement = boring!
6. Resource base - it doesn't go away, but it can be difficult to mine - water, depth, sand..
7. Rumour....
