State Street became a substantial holder on the 21st June and announced on the 23rd June with 60m shares.
VanEck actually became a substantial holder on the 22nd June was announced on the 27th June @ 9:31am with 59m shares and at 9:36am the trading halt was announced.

These are some of the things that keep gnawing at me, as again, there is something that just doesn't makes sense.
