    It's Indigenous and it's racial. The two can't be separated in regards to Australia's Aborigines, however.

    It's racial as an inevitable consequence, even if that's not the intent of the referendum.

    Even our dominant "screwie" in this campaign, Marcia Langton, can't come up with an academic's contorted logic to justify the fact that we're inevitably dealing with race. Speaking in The Saturday Paper a few months back, the best she could come up with was 'Race is a social construct'.

    So what, Marcia? It is what it is.
