I got 1 million at 17.7 cents last Feb/Mar because it looked so compelling and it has Nick Davies ( ex Arrow ) at the helm. I was banking on it being taken over particularly if the Flax and Juniper were connected.

This is an opportunistic bid coming immediately before ACN commence their drilling program and show their true worth. I have not researched it thoroughly but a few posters had noticed that there was an accumulator at work over the last few months. Was this DLS getting their initial 19.9%?
In other words DLS may now control 19.9% plus Republic's holding being a total over or near 60%.

Or is it nearer 40?

If anyone can give me an answer that would be appreciated. Ta.
