I think there would be a market for a charcoal based fertilizer that is impregnated with super-phosphate or something like that for farmers to spread on their fields and plow under.
Kills two birds with the one stone, sequesters some carbon and fertilizes their plants.
The charcoal is absorbent and holds water in the soil once the fertilizer is used up.
