I don't need to denigrate his intelligence - that direct quote from him does it perfectly well for me. He quite obviously doesn't understand what he's talking about... that hydrogen is a way of STORING energy produced from some other means, just like batteries. Or does he think you can get hydrogen from water by asking it nicely to separate?
