I'm sorry, but I find it utterly depressing that an entire forum should be almost entirely dedicated to gloating over the hardship of others. This forum in NO way provides a balanced view and I would encourage anyone using this as a serious source of info on the property market to look elsewhere. The hysterical nature of some of the comments here just beggar belief and what makes it so worrisome is the fact that there are undoubtedly young first time owners being persuaded into making a decision that may not suit their personal position.
I suspect the powers that be on hotcopper need to start thinking about the legal ramifications of all of this.
