    I would be more concerned about other certain forums (somersoft) that in NO way provide a balanced view. The hysterical nature of some of the comments found on somersoft just beggars belief and what makes it so worrisome is the fact that there are undoubtedly young first time owners being persuaded into making a decision that may not suit their personal position.

    for example, advocating being highly HIGHLY leveraged, into an instrument (property) that has already shown negative growth and is trending further towards the negative....advocating being leveraged to the point that you have no margin for error whatsoever

    I'm sorry, but I find it utterly depressing that an entire forum should be almost entirely dedicated to gloating over their own financial success achieved via high-risk activities, and passing it off as a low-risk, high-return investment method.
