Hi all i was thinking of starting a list of dodgy and questionable actions by management that led to the lost of $50mil shareholders money.

This list hopefully will help some current affairs producers piece together the cvi saga. I will start the list..

1.) cvi essentially used as a vehicle for Fortitude shareholders to dispose of their otherwise illiquid paper assets, namely the angolan minerals concessions which in all seriousness is just a worthless piece of title on paper. Cvi shareholders paid dearly for those Fortitude shares without full and disclosed due diligence from management.
