    Mr Wayne Reid, who was recently appointed as a Non-Executive Director for the Company, has indicated that in the recent announcement made on the 25th November 2009 about his appointment with the Company, it was omitted that he was also Director of CityView Corporation Limited for a short period earlier this year.

    The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
