is anyone clear on LTP's relationship with SDS, my understanding is LTP have a licensing agreement with them and pay up to $3M to use Spontan, there have been a couple of variations that means now the total is around $4M.
does anyone see it a different way or do I have it wrong? Just curious whether there is any ongoing requirement for LTP to pay SDS if the drug becomes really successful.
