I am curious how GEM acquired about 4% on Friday 30/11. Assuming the numbers 62STRAT listed were correct it could only be that UBS has agreed to relinquish about a third of their 10.6% holding. Why would they do that? I am at a loss to work it out. Was there was a 'special backroom' deal? Still does not make sense that they would not sell their complete holding.
Any theories?
