Yep, I thought all along that Grieners Champ pe had a cosy little deal stitched up that would have been good for champ but not good for BKN shareholders. Unfortunately for champ, Litespeed can see the intrinsic value in BKN, which according to latest financials has net assets of $538mil. It speaks volumes about nick Grieners lack of business nous that he didn't anticipate the Possibility of someone aquiring a blocking stake and thwarting his sweetheart deal. Champ/sk may now be forced into a full takeover rather than a merger, and it will need to be higher than PEPs $2.50 bid or it will be a very bad look for Griener. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.what are Litespeeds plans going forward?
