Can't believe people are still talking real estate as an investment. It's dead Jim. Just a flogged out old nag, milked for all is was worth. All the spruikers have left the building, for at least for the next 10 years or so in my opinion. Time for people to knuckle down and pay off some debt while the rest of the world keeps moving forward.
