    just curious as to how the directors managed to get such a big stake in GUF (from the float it looks?)

    200 million shares or roughly 50%.

    was it their private company that they listed? they sure have plenty of motivation to make sure it succeeds.

    has been a stellar performance since a 20c listing, up nearly 300% on very little news.
