    Chill Booger, it's all about the price. After the raise it got down to 1.7 cents.

    So your saying you didn't take the offer , well neither did I.

    I am very curious as to why the share price fell 30% below the offer price with little support.

    With regard to GPR, I think it's one of the best shovel ready projects around.

    However, long term outlook is already reflected in the price.
